Gather the background information about the industry of your group’s business. This industry analysis should include:

  • description of the industry
  • size of the local industry
  • listing of local competitors
  • challenges facing the industry
  • opportunities and future growth potential of the industry
  • information sources (e.g. citations) for investigating the industry/specific business

Each member of the group needs to supply their own version of this; the information collected will be used later in the marketing research presentation. Please provide a minimum of 500 words for this documentation.
