Throughout the course you will be focusing on a company and industry. If appropriate it should be your company and industry. If this is not appropriate you should choose a company/industry with which you are familiar or perhaps one in which you would like to work.
Reflect on the readings and the videos. Then develop a PPT presentation in which you explain what innovation is and why it is important.
The purpose of the presentation is to persuade and inform the senior management of your Company about innovation. The presentation should include:
- What innovation is and what it is not
- The need for innovation and its impact
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide.
The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists. Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources published in the last five years. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Length: 10 slides (not including the title and separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 150-words for each slide
Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style.

Your response should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
