Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to apply different employment laws in the hospitality industry  Skills: As a result of completing this assignment, you will practice written communication. Task: In order to complete this assignment:  Read English-Only: One Hotel’s Dilemma Case attached to this assignment  Answer the following questions: 1. What law(s) do you think might apply in this case? (15 points) 2. Should a complete ban of Spanish be instituted among the staff of the hotel unless customers use Spanish themselves, or should the use of Spanish be completely allowed by staff among themselves as long as it is quiet? Discuss why or why not – supporting your argument with citations from applications of the laws you chose in #1. (20 points) 3. What rules, if any, would you put into effect in this situation, knowing about the customer complaints? Explain your answer. (10 points) 4.
