While your paper is a great paper on the benefits of targeted marketing and segmentation, it does not focus on the app development at all. For this project, you will need to work with Claritas, focus on a zip code (or codes), identify target markets for the app, work on specific segments within those targeted markets. Utilize the information that you find in Claritas to develop a starter market for this app. Of course, continue to cite the information.
